With over 25 years in senior executive roles (CEO, COO, VP, Supply Chain Director) at global, regional and UK companies — including Walmart, ASDA, Wolseley, MediaMarktSaturn, Grupo Salinas, New Look and American Golf, among many others — Martin has deep insight into strategy, supply chains, retail, eCommerce, operations, trade, manufacturing and cultural transformation, and has delivered complex change while ensuring sustainable, long-term outcomes.
He combines strategic clarity with independent challenge, offering boards a balanced perspective, cross-sector expertise, and the ability to navigate disruption. With an AMBA-accredited MBA (Distinction), a university Visiting Fellow and lecturer role, Martin thrives on continuous learning to maintain insight into current business and economic challenges.
