Governance at the Core
Governance is central to the Churchill Partners model. We believe experienced Operating Partners are a competitive advantage and a critical driver of long-term performance. Our global Operating Partner and advisory network includes individuals with extensive experience across investing, operations, sector leadership and capital markets.
Operating Partners are engaged on a transaction-specific basis. Following completion, selected Operating Partners may be separately appointed as executive or non-executive directors of the acquired business, subject to the requirements of the relevant company and a separate formal appointment.

Operating Partners are not statutory directors, managers or officers of Churchill Partners FZE and do not have authority to bind the company unless expressly authorised in writing. Certain Operating Partners may be separately appointed to the boards of acquisition SPVs or portfolio companies.
