David Bayer has been working with and in the financial sector for 25 years. David is currently Head of Investor Relations for 7BC, a US-based Venture Capital Group. David has experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and M&A in several industries, helping companies and project leaders to structure deals, produce aproppriate documents, and attract the right partners and investors. He’s been part of multiple negotiations, including cross-border deals.
Through his problem-solving skills, and persistance, David was instrumental in reaching successful capital deployments and investments across the United States and Latin America, which helped several companies solve their financial needs, and satisfied many company owners and top executives. David has participated in deals ranging from $1 million up to $150 million, and in his career has worked on business deals worth approximately $500 million.
Besides being a consultant and advisor, David has also held several leadership roles and has been part of a few boards of directors. Since 2001 David was involved in the Executive Seach industry and managed firms and recruiters in the US and Latin America, while personally recruiting executives for several Fortune 500 corporations, including General Motors, Subway, Discovery, RBC, Medtronic, Alexion, Shire, Hayashibara, Mastercard, etc., as well as many SMES.
On the buyer side, David has sourced deals and companies for acquisition and investment. In 2021, he led the M&A plans of a Family Office of a Boston-based professional services firm, and managed the whole process from planning to final execution, and then transition of the acquired business into the larger group.
