David Bayer has more than 25 years of global business experience across the financial and consulting sectors. He currently serves as Head of Investor Relations for 7BC, a US-based venture capital group, and as Managing Director of a Family Office. He has extensive experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A, helping companies and leaders structure deals, produce transaction documents, and attract the right partners and investors. He has been part of numerous negotiations, including cross-border transactions.
Through strong problem-solving and persistence, David has been instrumental in successful capital deployments and investments across the United States and Latin America, helping companies solve complex financial needs. He has participated in deals ranging from $1 million to $150 million, and over his career has worked on business deals worth approximately $500 million.
Beyond consulting and advisory work, David has held leadership roles and served on boards of directors. Since 2001 he has been active in the executive search industry, managing firms and recruiters across the US and Latin America and personally recruiting executives for several Fortune 500 corporations including General Motors, Subway, Discovery, RBC, Medtronic, Alexion, Shire, Hayashibara and Mastercard, as well as many high-growth SMEs.
On the buy side, David has sourced deals and acquisition targets. In 2021 he led the M&A plans of a Boston-based professional-services Family Office, managing the full process from planning through execution and post-acquisition integration into the larger group.
