Executive Profile

Kris Wadia is currently the Founder of Tech Emirates Advocates (UAE), actively networking with corporate executives; governments; academia; incubators and accelerators; and industry associations.

During his 16-year tenure as a Partner with Accenture UK, he was a key member of the core team that founded and grew their Global Delivery Network (GDN) of digital technologists to 78,000 employees in 27 countries in just 12 years. With unprecedented access to senior executives in the Fortune 500, he delivered technology-enabled revenue of over US$2.4 billion.

Whilst based in Singapore, he served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Infosys Compaz, a joint venture between the sovereign wealth fund, Temasek. and Infosys, delivering Executive Coaching.

As an SVP at Quintiles (now IQVIA), a Fortune 500 Clinical Trials Outsourcer, he created the world’s first Clinical Life Sciences Global Delivery Network in just 18 months from his USA headquarters.

Kris operates in Frontier/Emerging Markets as demonstrated in Yangon, Myanmar, creating a new investable platform for the country’s leading retail bank, drawing interest from Private Equity.

His Security clearances have allowed him to conduct confidential projects on digital resilience and national human capital for the UK Government Digital Service and forms the base for his Advisory Services on Board and C-suite Governance of AI & Cyber Security.

As an Entrepreneur, he orchestrated the turnaround of loss-making businesses, building on his academic background, both as a UK Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (F-IDM) and business travel to 82 countries.

He supported the Family Office owners of Genisys Software in their sale to Bandhan Financial Services, India’s leading listed financial services giant. At the other end of the maturity spectrum, Kris is a Non-Executive Director of the Colombo Stock Exchange listed entity, Gestetner of Ceylon PLC (stock symbol GEST.N0000:CSE), guiding them through macro-economic risk and new ownership.

Kris is an Advisory Board Member of The ESG Institute, Singapore which has been awarded Startup of 2025. His ESG projects covered a global leader in Urban Resilience and India’s largest Recycler.

Quoted in Bloomberg Businessweek, UK Financial Times and CNN as a media thought leader, Kris has authored five books on subjects ranging from financial management to e-Brand Optimization.

His reputation as a dynamic keynote speaker at global conferences results in interviews with mainstream media at the World Economic Forum. As a Visiting Lecturer at Business Schools, he focuses on Leadership and Business Valuation Maximization, most recently at Oman’s prestigious Royal Academy of Management.

He gives back by serving as an Executive Mentor at Accelerators such as CyberE71 and has contributed to Aurora50 by sharing his Board skills with UAE’s Board-ready women professionals.

Finally, he has served on the Independent Advisory Panel of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and was a Speaker at the Centre for Army Leadership (UK) and the RAF’s Tedder Academy.
